Sponsor and Recruiter Information

Connect with some of the brightest young minds in the industry that attracts students from around the country. Companies can participate in the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous (RMR) at three different levels:

1. Platinum Level — $3,000

  • Exhibition space (including a 10’ wide by 6’ deep display booth with an 8’ table and two chairs) to display company materials and talk to students.
  • Complimentary registrations for up to six (6) recruiters. Additional registrations may be purchased for $150 each.
  • Up to two rooms for interviewing students. Please designate how many booths you would like.
  • Pre-event access to resumes and abstracts of all pre-registered participating students. Student resumes will be made available two weeks prior to the event.
  • Prominent acknowledgement at the event and on the RMR website.
  • An opportunity to purchase additional interview booths (if space allows) for $1,000 per booth.


2. Gold Level — $2,000

  • Exhibition space (including a 10’ wide by 6’ deep display booth with an 8’ table and two chairs) to display company materials and talk to students.
  • Complimentary registrations for up to four (4) recruiters. Additional registrations may be purchased for $150 each.
  • One private room for interviewing students.
  • Pre-event access to resumes and abstracts of all pre-registered participating students. Student resumes will be made available two weeks prior to the event.
  • Acknowledgement at the event and on the RMR website.
  • An opportunity to purchase additional interview booths (if space allows) for $1,000 per booth.


3. Silver Level — $200

(Available only to non-profit organizations and special exceptions. Please email serforum@uwyo.edu to inquire)

  • Exhibition space (including a 10’ wide by 6’ deep display booth with an 8’ table and two chairs) to display company materials and talk to students. Please note: If space is limited, the location of exhibit space for Silver Sponsors may be adjacent to our main exhibit space.
  • Complimentary registrations for up to two (2) company representatives. Additional registrations may be purchased for $150 each.
  • Acknowledgement at the event and on the RMR website.

Shipping

Sponsors wishing to ship booth displays and other materials to the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous (RMR) can do so in the following manner:

  1. Please complete a shipping form to attach to each box. Shipping forms are available as a PDF file or a Word Doc.
  2. Send shipments to:

  3. Your shipments will be waiting for you at your booth when you arrive.
  4. Any companies wishing to return shipped materials will need to include a pre-paid shipping label for FedEx or UPS.
