Sponsor Levels

Your company can participate in the “The Rendezvous” at three different levels:

1. Platinum Level — $3,000 select

RMR Sponsor Level Platinum

  • Exhibition space (including open booth, tables and chairs) to display company materials and interview students. Exhibit booths are 10 feet wide and 6 feet deep.
  • Up to two private booths for interviewing students. Please designate how many booths you would like.
  • Pre-event website access to resumes and abstracts of all pre-registered participating students. Student resumes will be made available two weeks before the event.
  • Prominent acknowledgement at event and on web page.
  • Additional interview booths available for $1000 per booth.

2. Gold Level — $2,000 select

RMR Sponsor Level Gold

  • Exhibition space (including open booth, tables and chairs) to display company materials and interview students. Exhibit booths are 10 feet wide and 6 feet deep.
  • One private booth for interviewing students.
  • Pre-event website access to resumes and abstracts of all pre-registered participating students. Student resumes will be made available two weeks before the event.
  • Additional interview booths available for $1000 per booth.

3. Silver Level — $200 (Available only to non-profit organizations and special exceptions. Please email serforum@uwyo.edu to inquire)

  • Exhibition space (including open booth, tables and chairs) to display company materials and interview students. *If space allows. Exhibit space for Silver Sponsors is not guaranteed.
  • Pre-event website access to resumes and abstracts of all pre-registered participating students. Student resumes will be made available two weeks before the event.

Student Interviews

Students who register for the RMR will be required to submit a one-page resume. Electronic copies of the resumes and student data will be sent to participating companies on Thursday, September 7. After reviewing the student information, companies can contact student candidates to set up onsite interviews. Companies are responsible for managing their own interview schedules.

Each company is asked to have interview slots open for students who may not have initially been contacted and/or walk-in student registrations.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn at a rate of $109/room. Rooms are available while supplies last through August 20, 2017. Please mention you are with the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous 2017.
